There is so much to be said about meditation. I could (passionately) ramble on and on about the benefits of it, but my words won’t mean much until you experience it yourself. So please try it. Make it a regular practice. Even 5 minutes a day will change your life.

- Combats anxiety and depression
- Increases compassion and empathy
- Improves sleep
